2. Services

LiteNowro provides customizable task structures designed to optimize workflows through modular sessions, on-site facilitation, and remote consulting. Each engagement is defined by a clear scope of work and timeline.

3. Information Products

We offer digital modules, guides, and video courses related to the Light-now framework. Access rights commence upon successful enrollment and expire according to the access plan selected.

4. Physical Goods

LiteNowro may sell branded materials, workbooks, and toolkits that support the Light-now methodology. Shipments are made to the address provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

LiteNowro aims to ensure client satisfaction. The following rules apply to reimbursement of charged funds:

• Services: You may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no module or session has been started. Once approved, LiteNowro will reimburse the charged funds to the original method within 7 business days. You may also choose to reschedule a session within 30 days of the original booking date.
• Information Products: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial access. Full reimbursement is granted only if fewer than 20% of modules have been accessed. After that threshold, reimbursement is not possible to preserve the integrity of content.
• Physical Goods: Unused items in original packaging are eligible for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Upon approval, LiteNowro will provide shipping instructions or arrange pick-up. Reimbursement will be issued within 14 business days after confirmation of item condition.
• Customized and Tailored Services: Certain bespoke engagements require preparatory work and resource allocation. Such services are clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout. This policy ensures commitment of resources and availability of expert facilitators.

6. Modifications to Terms

LiteNowro may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on LiteNowro.trade and will apply immediately upon publication.
